11. Demonstrates initiative by anticipating potential issues and problems that may arise during tender process, develops a plan to resolve such issues, and keeps tender sales team / sales manager and Senior Manager - Medical Scientific informed about issue mitigation and resolution.
12. Identify and comprehend key Customer drivers from discussions with Sales Managers and management, and to be able to “on-board” both project and technical issues such that the relevant themes and drivers important to the Customer are clearly “sold” in the final tender.
13. Apprise immediately the Senior Manager - Medical & Scientific concerning missed deadlines, submittal of incomplete information.
14. Provide specific input to "lessons learned" data base after submittal of each tender.
15. Participate with tender development of response to clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc.
16. Participates in prospect SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, subsequently briefs Tender team members on same.
17. Attends meetings as necessary, undertakes appropriate Management reporting
18. Performs other duties as assigned.

7. Assists in the training of IRB members and of researchers and their team members.

8. Communicates with government officials, external consultants, and key personnel (such as counsel) of each institution to ensure compliance with all requirements.
